Chad and his family relocated to Panama City Beach from Terre Haute Indiana in 1996. He began selling real estate at Edgewater Beach resort in 1997 working directly for the developers of Edgewater, Long Beach, and En Soleil. After much success, Chad was sought out by the developer of Boardwalk Beach Resort as a consultant and Director of Marketing and Sales. From there he went onto open a boutique real estate office and a national franchise office, both successful to this day. Additionally, he has a background in appraisal, agent coaching and commercial real estate. Over his career, Chad has consistently ranked among the top 1% in Panama City, selling an average of more than 50 properties per year totaling more than $200 million in total sales volume.
