Greg Ward has corporate sales, marketing, management and consulting experience in diverse fields, in both domestic and international markets, spanning over the last 30 years. He is a consistent top performer in his field. Since his move to Panama City Beach and career shift to Playground Destination Properties in the early 2000s, Greg has regularly been amongst the top 20 company performers with Playground, Marriott and Wyndham. His achievements have won him honors such as “Best of the Best”, a coveted place in “President’s Club” and member of the “President’s Counsel.”

Greg’s innovative ideas and sales methods build on his rich business experience to achieve successful track records. He thrives on the new opportunities and challenges presented by the real estate industry. His past responsibilities expanded to include resort sales both in the US and international markets. Greg absolutely loves what he does and it shows!

This hardworking father of four and stepdad of two has been with his wife Kirsten since a chance meeting in Los Angeles fifteen years ago. Together they enjoy travel and spending time with their children who are the brilliant successes in their world; the oldest is Kyle who is making his mark as a successful Hollywood screenwriter, a close second is Tyler who has recently moved to NY city to pursue his career in cosmetology, Tony the actor/waiter soon to be legendary (at least in his mind), Guy one of top local fishing guides and an incredible chef, beautiful Alissa the athlete and college graduate, now a sought after cheer coach and choreographer, and Cameron just out of high school and pursuing his career in the water as a Master Diver.
