Raised on the Emerald Coast, Hunter Church has experienced the growth and development of our budding beaches firsthand. From 30a to Destin, he grew up in the area working in sales and tourism related positions for several companies founded on the beach-lifestyle. After purchasing his first home in Panama City Beach, Hunter has accumulatively been in the Destin-PCB area for over twenty years. The combination of his upbringing and job experience have resulted in a particular understanding of the lifestyle and culture that make our beaches so special and desirable.
Hunter moved to Santa Rosa Beach in 1998 and his family instantly fell in love with the area. Born into a family of contractors, he saw the building process of several major design projects such as Watercolor and Rosemary Beach. In his formative years, Hunter worked in beach recreation-based sales and rentals for these properties where he was able to connect with both the locals and tourists. Over time, these friendships taught him what truly drew people into our area but most importantly, what kept them coming back.
In 2016, Hunter’s interest in elevating the beach-lifestyle brought him into Alys Beach. He began working at NEAT Bottle Shop & Tasting Room where he quickly became the youngest General Manager to date. It was via this position that he was able to participate in many of the cultural events on 30a like the 30a Wine Festival, Digital Graffiti, and was featured on several online video installments with the Cultural Arts Alliance of Walton County. During the pandemic and his busiest season yet, Hunter truly experienced the strength and tenacity that keeps our area alive; the community.
In 2021, Hunter took his passion to the next level and joined RC Real Estate Group. He is committed to using his knowledge of the area to help others find their own piece of the Emerald Coast lifestyle.
