KIRSTEN MCANDREW

Kirsten McAndrew began her career in 1986 in Minneapolis, Minnesota with the Lighting Division of the General Electric Company. Kirsten soon transferred to Phoenix, Arizona and the Corporate Properties Division to manage the multi-million dollar budgets of the GE facilities in her territory which encompassed the western US and Hawaiian islands. While flying from Los Angeles to Las Vegas to Chicago to GE’s home base in Fairfield, Connecticut, she juggled the many needs of a large commercial portfolio of one of the largest companies in the world. She has been to many luaus and has been lost in some of the best cities in the country! These experiences, along with her duties on the Phoenix Theatre Board of Directors and as Chairman of the GE Elfun Society, have sculpted her into the professional that she is today.

After 16 years of high paced corporate living within the GE world, she opted for the relaxed lifestyle of Panama City Beach. In 2002 she moved across the country to manage the commercial portfolio of The St. Joe Company. She became a full-time licensed Realtor in 2004 and currently runs the Lifestyle Real Estate Team at RC Real Estate Group, formerly Edgewater Beach Realty. This dynamic and professional team specializes in Condo, Resort and Vacation Home sales. Kirsten is also experienced in Commercial Sales and Leasing as well as Graphic Design, Marketing and Interior Design.

Always generous with her time, she is involved with the local community through her support of the Wounded Warrior Project and USO, as an Ambassador of the Chamber of Commerce, as a regular attendee at Woodlawn Methodist Church, membership in the Women’s Council of Realtors of Bay County, and both the Florida and National Association of Realtors.

This dedicated mother of two and stepmom of four, has been with her husband, Greg, since a chance meeting in Los Angeles twelve years ago. Together they enjoy travel and their children, the brilliant successes in their world; the oldest is Kyle who is making his mark as a Hollywood screenwriter, a close second is Tyler a phenomenal salesman like his dad, Tony the comic and soon to be legendary actor, Guy the avid fisherman and absolutely incredible Chef, beautiful Alissa the athlete and bright college student, and Cameron the future of our country, aspiring pilot and current Navy ROTC Cadet.
