LYNN SARNO

Lynn is a professional Real Estate Agent with over 18+ years of experience on Panama City Beach, specializing in Gulf Front Condos. In addition to condos, Lynn has sold homes, apartment complexes and commercial property in Bay County. Her experience, integrity and passion for assisting her customers and clients has created years of success for her in real estate. She  has received many awards throughout her real estate career including the Platinum Award for selling over 8 Million Dollars in Real Estate for several years in a row.  Prior to joining Edgewater Beach Realty in 2009, Lynn owned Sundown Real Estate Center, Panama City Beach, for 8 years with her husband, John.  She has earned the confidence and loyalty of hundreds of customers with her loyalty and dedication to them and their real estate needs.  Lynn strives for 100% satisfaction for her customers and her greatest compliment is a referral from a satisfied client.  Lynn has been a Panama City Resident for 25 years and is originally from Newnan, Georgia.

She received a Business/Marketing Degree from West Georgia College and also, attended The University of Georgia and Florida State University.  Prior to moving to Panama City Beach she owned a full-service Market Research Company in Greenville, South Carolina.  Lynn has one son, Craig Rainey. Craig and his family, also, live in Panama City. For many years, Craig worked with Lynn and John in their real estate company. She enjoys sailing, traveling, and reading but focuses mainly on her family, friends and real estate career.

Lynn eagerly awaits the opportunity to work with new customers to share her knowledge, love and enthusiasm of Gulf Front Condos and other Panama City and Panama City Beach properties.  She says there is nothing quite like owning a “Piece of Paradise”.

Lynn Sarno was our realtor and went above and beyond to help us find our perfect beach front condo. The rating does not go high enough for her time and effort.
